Two ocean view holiday homes under one roof for 2 x 5 persons, 150 m distance from the coast. Large living room with kitchen, 2 big 'glass doors' to terrace. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bed rooms, one with 3 single beds and one with a double bed from which you can watch the ocean. Children's bed on request.

These new holiday homes are built with natural building materials such as wood, strawbales and slate tiles. The ecological concept is applied also at the interior. There are definitly the necessary electrical equipment. The house is cosy and comfortable during the whole year: solar floorheating and Joetul woodstove. Brittany offers its charme during all of the 4 seasons.

The house is situated at the baie d'Audierne with its beautiful beaches and rockcoast.

The European coastpath is 150 meters from the house and from there, a 10 minute walk to the left you find the beach of Gored or a 10 minute walk to the right, the beautiful harbour of Pors Poulhan with a Dolmen and different archeological sites.

July + August € 600,
September-June: € 450,
weekend arrangement: 2 nights € 200, extra day € 50.

Prices include electricity, gas, water within normal use and tourist tax. We can not host animals.

Moulin du Roz – Berrien: Bed and Breakfast

Situated in the Monts d'Arree in the National Parc Naturel Régional d'Armorique

Moulin du Roz lies in a beautiful and calm surrounding 2 km north of Berrien in the direction of Morlaix in an area of 6 ha with a small creek, waterwheel, pond, traditional washing place and beautiful viewpoint. From here you can discover original Brittany with its beautiful landscapes. Just 10 minutes to the fairy forest of Huelgoat, where you might trace alos king Arthur and Merlin.

Holiday Home with 2 sleeping places (2 m x 2 m), toilette, shower and wash-basin in a comfortable « salon » with chimney and kitchen corner: € 450 p. week, incl. electricity, gaz and water. Breakfast and simple evening meals on demand.

There is a ferry to Roscoff (1h driving), train to Morlaix and cheap flight connection to Brest, Lorient, Quimper or Dinan.
